Founding an association - Does it make sense for us?

Getting your own projects off the ground is fun. As they grow, the question of the appropriate legal form arises at some point for those involved. What are the structural, legal and tax advantages of founding an association? How much effort does an association require? And what alternatives are there?

The free event is primarily aimed at student initiatives and employees of the University of Kassel, but is open to interested parties from the city community.

In the morning, participants will receive a general introduction; in the afternoon, the specific situation of the groups present will be examined.
