The number of e-bike riders is growing steadily, and more and more people are being won over by the benefits of these bikes. Unfortunately, the number of accidents is also on the rise.

Thanks to support from Riese & Müller, researchers at the LOEWE DyNaMo research cluster and ComTec will now be able to incorporate two e-bikes into their research and development of accident prevention systems for cyclists. This will make it possible to research safety concepts and systems under realistic conditions, including those tailored to the specific requirements of e-bikes.
