On November 16, 2018, ComTec held its annual alumni gathering. The main focus of our alumni gatherings is on networking and maintaining connections.

This year, we were pleased to welcome Yaqian Xu and Niklas Klein as guest speakers. Yaqian Xu joined the meeting via video call and spoke about her current work and daily life in China. Complementing Yaqian Xu’s presentation, Klaus David introduced start-up companies from China that he had personally visited this year. The series of presentations concluded with Niklas Klein, who spoke about his start-up company, ZENNER IoT Solutions GmbH.

At the end of the meeting, ComTec hosted a casual get-together in the department, followed by dinner.

ComTec would like to extend its heartfelt thanks to the guest speakers and to everyone who attended—we are already looking forward to our next gathering in 2018!
