ComTec's annual alumni meeting took place on November 6, 2020. At our alumni meetings, the focus is on networking and maintaining contacts.

This meeting was special for two reasons. Firstly, the ComTec department is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year and secondly, the meeting was held online due to the coronavirus. The meeting was attended by 35 participants from 16 time zones.

After a welcome address by Klaus David and a round of introductions, a game of Docktorhut Memory was played in breakout rooms. Alexander Bolz then gave a presentation on 20 years of ComTec. Sian Lun Lau, Piao Guihua and Yaqian Xu then gave guest lectures on their current activities. Finally, individual drinks were served and the evening ended with cozy conversations in the conference tool Gathertown.

ComTec would like to thank you very much for the presentations and the numerous participants - we are already looking forward to our next meeting in 2021!
