At the end of November 2014, it was that time of year again. Many of our alumni gathered at the University of Kassel to celebrate the annual alumni reunion. The gathering began with a review of 2014 and a summary of everything that had been happening in our department. The focus here was on the LOEWE-funded “Social Link” project, the new research center—ITeG—and employee turnover. Afterward, alumni Dr. Klein (E.ON Mitte) and Dr. Voigtmann (Viessmann) presented their current work and shared their experiences so far with their new employers. The evening concluded after plenty of conversation and good food. We look forward to our next gathering in the new year.
