From March 28 to April 8, Alex Hofmann completed his 2022 school internship at ComTec. In addition to gaining insight into professional life and performing minor tasks, he familiarized himself—with the support of Lars Mathuseck—with our updated home automation system using Home Assistant, where he added threshold values for the plant sensors and set up email notifications for when they need to be watered.
