On two weekends, September 6, 7 and 13, 14, this year, for the first time, there will be a robotics workshop exclusively for girls from the 7th grade in Department 16, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.

We use Fischertechnik to build vehicles that navigate through a maze, drive around obstacles, climb steep ramps, find red crosses, avoid "holes" in the ground and drop rescue packages. Once the robots have been built, they will be programmed using the "Robo Pro Coding" development environment.

The workshop runs from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on all days.

No previous knowledge is required.

Next year, there will be just as many teams at the start as this year: 35. The number of participating pupils is also almost constant: 89 (instead of 85).

The same schools are registered again. There is still room for improvement!

Registration for the qualifying tournament at Willi-Allee 71, on February 20 and 21, 2025, started on October 15 and ends on November 30.

Since the German Championship will take place in Nuremberg from March 13 to 16 in 2025, we are moving the qualifier forward by one week so that qualified teams have more time to plan their trip.
