Profile  ( Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Jiaxin Pan)

I have been a professor at the University of Kassel since October 2023 and head the information security department in the electrical engineering/computer science department.

I am also an associate professor (part-time) at NTNU in Norway. Before that, I was a postdoc at KIT (Germany) in Dennis Hofheinz's group. In July 2016 I received my doctorate at the Ruhr University Bochum (Germany) under the supervision of Eike Kiltz. I am generally interested in theoretical and practical cryptography.
