Important Information on Withdrawal from Courses

Application for withdrawal can only be made via the Managing Director of the Language Centre. Withdrawal only becomes effective on authorisation by the Managing Director. Requests for withdrawal must include reasons and documentary evidence (see Section 6 of our Terms and Conditions).
These withdrawal regulations are also valid for the Studies International course programme (Studium International) and Sponsored Course Places (Patenplätze) (see Section 5 of our Terms and Conditions).

Application for Course Withdrawal

Course withdrawal will be accepted on the following grounds:*Illness. Please supply a medical certificateEx-matriculation. Please supply written confirmation from the University of KasselExtensive overlapping in a student's course and examination schedule. Please supply written confirmation of the compulsory attendance of the conflicting event from the corresponding facultyA blatant disparity between course level and the abilities of the course participant which has been confirmed in writing by the course instructorIndividual extreme cases of hardship. Here a decision is to be made by the managing director
