Information about our admission test 2026

Our admission test for the winter semester 2026/27 will take place on

Saturday, June 13, 2026

in person in Kassel.

Location: Campus Center, Moritzstraße 18, Hörsaal 1-3
(Holländischer Platz campus)

Time: doors open at 8:00 a.m., start at 9:00 a.m.

Please note: The Studienkolleg Kassel will only run one more academic year, the 2026/27 academic year. This means that applicants who receive an invitation to the entrance exam in June 2026 will no longer be able to transfer their conditional admission to the following year. Students who do not pass the Feststellungsprüfung – i.e., the final exam of the Studienkolleg - in the summer of 2027 will only be able to retake this exam at other locations.

The admission test consists of two parts, a German language test (a so-called “C-Test”) and a Mathematics test.

Both parts last 40 minutes each.

Dictionaries and calculators are not allowed.
