What is going on here? Understanding enablings acting!

(Project’s promotion: Die Liga – Fußballverband e. V.)

Fan representatives having a interfaced position between stakeholders which take action in organising professional football-games. Those stakeholder’s cooperations can cause multilateral conflicts. Therefore, the aim oft he project is to develop a tool that helps considering and working on conflicts more efficiently.

Thus, interviews with fan representatives will be held. The results will be edited by methods of conflict research. In the next phase, the generated tool will be taken into action together with fan representatives at their current issues at work. This transfer into practice will be used to optimise the concept for dealing with conflicts.

Self-regulation of football fans

The project focusses on the fans‘ existing competences of self-regulation and deescalation strategies used by football fans (before and after the match, in the football stadium etc.).

In group discussions with football fans they reflect on their own experiences in dealing with critical situations.

With our results, we want to provide advisory support for football fans, social workers as well as football clubs.

This project ist supported by DFL (Deutsche Fußball Liga) and DFB (Deutscher Fußball-Bund). Project team: Denise Schubert, Martin Seip, Vinzenz Thalheim
