Welcome to the Service Point website!

Dear Students,


The Service Point is a student-run academic advising service offered by the Institute of Social Work.


We assist with course registration through the priority-based allocation process, assign available seminar spots, process course changes and withdrawals, and follow up on any incorrect registrations. During Orientation Week, we provide information on the course registration process. In addition, we support you with registering for coursework and exams—not only during our office hours but also at our regular informational sessions.


In addition to this technical support, we’re also your go-to resource for all your questions about studying social work. We offer advice on an equal footing—advice from students for students.


For any other questions or problems that we cannot answer or resolve, we’ll refer you to the appropriate contacts.
