AlumNode Coffee Break zum Thema "Conflict as a Resource in Academia" mit Prof. Dr. Carolin Krahn

AlumNode is a global alumni network with an interdisciplinary community made of researchers, experts and science communicators. It brings together fellows and alumni of a variety of programs and institutions all funded by the Klaus Tschira Stiftung (KTS). The aim is to help researchers, experts and science communicators from various disciplines to connect, engage, empower and get funded! AlumNode is a collaboration between the Klaus Tschira Stiftung (KTS), the Heidelberg Laureate Forum Foundation (HLFF), and the Guidance, Skills & Opportunities for Researchers e.V. (GSO). On the occasion of the upcoming afternoon event “AlumNode Coffee Break", Carolin Krahn will adress the cross-disciplinary topic “Conflict as a Resource in Academia”, showing how a resource-oriented approach to conflict can contribute to a better working atmosphere, strengthen collaboration in academia in the long term, and improve results over time – in the humanities and beyond.
