Dancing until dawn

If you are still not tired after the pub crawl, you can of course let out your excess energy by dancing in Szeged and turn night into day. The discos offer something for every musical taste, are very popular and therefore well frequented. As in the bars and pubs, there are often concerts in the discos.

Here are some suggestions from Kassel and Szeged Master's students on where to dance until dawn in Szeged:

• Cooltour Café: There are two of these nice bars in Szeged. On Londoni krt. 14 you will find the so-called "Szeged kert", an outdoor area of the café that invites you to linger in the spring and summer months. In the fall and winter, the indoor area at Kelemen utca 11 opens its doors. There is also an adjoining room where concerts are held or DJs play.

• Jate Klub: A popular disco in Szeged. Everything from hip-hop to techno and rock is played here. The club with its two floors is located in the basement of the university building directly on Dugonics tér. Address: Dugonics tér 13

• The Centrál Kávézo és Retro Club combines a café and a club. In the front area you can enjoy a drink and have a quiet chat, while in the later hours you can dance the night away in the back area. Electronic music fans in particular get their money's worth here, but R&B, hip-hop and pop parties are also held regularly. Széchenyi tér 3

• Sing Sing: Another nightclub with a wide range of music, located at the main bus stop in Szeged. Márs tér 14

• Club Noir : Concerts are often held here, a must for metal and rock lovers. Londoni körút 22

• Number One Pub: The Number One is a sports and cocktail bar in one, and at weekends it turns into a dance bar. How can it be all at once? Just come and see for yourself at Kölcsey utca 11
