Conferences

Every semester, the research training group organizes an external workshop lasting several days for the fellows, to which their supervisors are also invited. External academics also take part at regular intervals.

At the conferences, fellows, or those who want to become fellows, have the opportunity to present their doctoral projects or research progress and receive qualified feedback. The conferences traditionally take place at the Evangelische Tagungsstätte in Hofgeismar and offer a good opportunity to practise academic presentations. After the conference program, discussions can be continued in the evening in an informal setting with musical accompaniment by the "GeKKos".
