Invitation to panel discussion "Venezuela and Trump: A new phase of imperialism in Latin America" , 6-8 pm

As part of the MA seminar on the "Crisis of Democracy in Latin America", we cordially invite you to the student-organized panel discussion entitled"Venezuela and Trump: A New Phase of Imperialism in Latin America" on Wednesday, 11 February at 6 pm in Arnold-Bode Straße 2 in room 0409.

Our guests Daniela Celleri, Carolina Vestena and Hannes Warnecke-Berger will give assessments of the US intervention in Venezuela and the developments in selected country contexts with regard to democracy, authoritarianism and the turn to the right under pressure from the USA.
