The recently published book "Attraktive Pflegeberufe durch Tarifautonomie" by Wolfgang Schroeder and Saara Inkinen has already triggered initial debates shortly after its publication, e.g. in an article in the "Tagesspiegel" entitled Altenpflege in Not.
Schroeder and Inkinen conducted a multi-year study - funded by the Hans Böckler Foundation - into the conditions and potential of dynamic labor relations in times of a shortage of skilled workers. The study has been published by Springer VS.
