The 4th day of the open vocational school workshop was organized on the topic: "Lesson planning - an exchange of experience in business didactics" as part of the PRONET projects "Portfolio work as a bridge between the first and second phase of teacher training" (P 21) and "Promoting professional action - Anchored Instruction Approach" (P 22). The core of the exchange of experiences consisted of three specialist presentations by Prof. Dr. Tade Tramm and Marc Caspar (University of Hamburg), Dr. Matthias Söll and Prof. Dr. Jens Klusmeyer (University of Kassel, PRONET P 22) as well as by Martin Schuhmann, Serap Uzunbacak (University of Kassel, PRONET P 21) and seven pre-service teachers (Studienseminar für berufliche Schulen in Kassel, Außenstelle Fulda). The presentations led to a stimulating discussion on lesson planning and a profitable exchange of experiences between theory and practice among the more than 30 participants - in particular teachers from vocational schools, trainers at study seminars and principals.
