Last week, Prof. Goller visited the University of Twente to meet with Prof. Dr. Maaike Endedijk (professor and working group leader in the field of Professional Learning and Technology) and her team. The aim of the visit was to strengthen the existing cooperation and to discuss current and future research projects of the Department of Vocational and Business Education and the working group in Twente. Prof. Goller took part in discussions in various roundtable sessions on the following topics: "Supporting the learning of (future) employees", "Team dynamics", "Learning communities" and "Understanding and capturing daily/agentic workplace learning processes as they unfold". In addition, Prof. Goller reported on Kassel research projects in his field in a research colloquium.

In addition to the visit with Prof. Endedijk, Prof. Goller also had the opportunity to meet the new Kassel Professor of Public Administration and Management, Prof. Dr. Caroline Fischer, who is or was Professor of Public Administration at the University of Kassel (transfer to Kassel on June 1). During the meeting, Prof. Goller was able to visit the "Social Science Innovation Lab" (BMS Lab) and gained insights into current research projects on virtual reality (VR) in the field of stress experience and economic voting behavior.
