The Department of Information Systems was represented by Christoph Peters at the event at Copenhagen Business School in Denmark in mid-January.

The seminar has an interdisciplinary focus and has previously taken place at the CBS in Copenhagen (2010), Aalto University in Helsinki (2011), the London School of Economics (2012) and last year at the University of Hamburg. The focus is on research that deals intensively with the modularization of services.

Following his participation in last year's seminar, Christoph Peters was able to follow on from previous years with his contribution "Systematic modularization of complex services: Operationalization and evaluation", Christoph Peters was able to build on previous discussions and answer questions from the other modularization experts.
