In a recent interview on the Deutschlandradio Kultur radio program on 21.10.2014, Prof. Dr. Jan Marco Leimeister talks about crowdsourcing and in particular the resulting new form of work "crowdworking". In the interview, Prof. Leimeister focuses primarily on the opportunities and risks that arise from this working model for both companies and employees - but also emphasizes the need to research the phenomenon itself and the resulting implications to a large extent in order to be able to counter future challenges.
