On Wednesday, June 15, 2016, two successful disputations of the Department of Information Systems of the University of Kassel took place in the large hall of the ITeG:

Frank Research defended his dissertation entitled "Consumerization: Enabling the Introduction of IT Services for Mobile Consumer Devices" and Niroshan Thillainathan defended his dissertation entitled "Model Driven Visual Programming for Serious Games".

Professor Dr. Jan Marco Leimeister then congratulated both of them on their successful dissertations and presented them each with a doctoral hat individually designed by the academic staff of the department.

The successful disputations were followed by a small champagne toast, which gave the two disputants the opportunity to celebrate this important milestone in their lives in the company of former colleagues, friends and companions and to share memories of their time together at the Chair.
