On May 19, 2022, the annual decision-makers' conference for the leading minds of the European subscription economy took place in Frankfurt with over 150 participants from 30 industries. JProf. Dr. Sofia Schöbel (University of Osnabrück, Research Group Leader Business Informatics) and Dennis Benner (Research Group Business Informatics, Prof. Dr. Leimeister) were able to present the KI-BA project with the partner company billwerk GmbH at the conference and present the project prototype - an innovative AI-based chatbot. Furthermore, JProf. Dr. Sofia Schöbel was invited by the conference organizers to give a keynote speech on the topic of "Artificial Intelligence and Chatbots".
