There are still places available in the course "Data Driven Service Engineering and Management (DEM)"! Registrations will be accepted until 13.04.2022. Please send a letter of motivation of half a page (12pt font) stating your surname, first name and matriculation number to Dr. Mahei Li (mahei.li@uni-kassel.de).

In this course, you will learn how to systematically analyze business problems and create holistic digital service systems and create value. The course is practice-oriented - the skills you learn are put directly into practice in projects with business partners.

Data Driven Service Engineering and Management takes place as a block seminar (5 dates during the semester, each from approx. 9:00 - 15:00). The exact mode (hybrid event etc.) will be discussed together with the participants.
