M.Ed. Leonie Dobler

Leonie Dobler studied Business Education with a minor in English Studies at the University of Kassel from 2018 to 2023. During her studies, she spent a semester at the University of Valencia (Spain).

From 2024 to 2026, she completed her traineeship for vocational schools with the same focus.

Since 2019, she has worked as a student assistant at the Chair of Human Resource Management and Organization. In this role, she led tutorials in the Business Administration 1a module (Corporate Management) and exercises in the Human Resources Management module. She was also involved in the sub-project "Collaborative work in the digital teaching context".

She has been working as a research assistant at the chair since February 2026 and is planning a doctorate in the field of well-being research.
