Apply Now: Spots Still Available in the Master’s Seminar “Data-Driven Service Engineering and Management (DEM)”

This hands-on seminar explores the intersection of service innovation, generative AI, and agentic AI.

What is it about?

The seminar focuses on the question of how AI agents and generative AI can contribute to the digital transformation of services.

Participants will learn to systematically analyze operational challenges and design digital services that deliver real added value. They will work in teams on a concrete project with a social enterprise and develop initial prototypes for real-world applications. To this end, they will collaborate with partners from the social sector.

Additional highlights of the seminar:

- Content on AI agents, large language models, and prompt engineering

- Introduction to Ethical AI Design—value-oriented design of digital services

- Networking and collaboration with regional partners from the social sector

The seminar takes place as a block course over six sessions during the semester (each session runs from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.).

The kick-off will take place on October 15, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. If you are unable to attend at that time, please let us know and feel free to register anyway. We will make arrangements so that you can still receive the information and participate.
