Ann-Catrin Pristl presented current research results on the reduction of expectation-related reasons for returns in online shopping at the 31st Annual Conference on Recent Advances in Retailing and Consumer Services and chaired the "Technology I" track. The conference took place from July 7 to 11, 2025 in Zagreb.
