Taewoo Nam and Luukas Ilves brought impressive best practices from the Baltic states, Ukraine and South Korea. Digital administration has long been part of everyday life there - from user-friendly services and agile administrative processes to a consistent digital identity.

In the discussion, we asked: How can these experiences be transferred to Germany? Which hurdles are slowing us down the most? And above all - how can we overcome them?

Our conclusion:

• Political disruption is needed - small reform steps are not enough.
• A better culture of error - administration can learn, fail and start again.
• More openness in society - and the courage to simply try out digital solutions.
