Mahei Li and Dr. Christoph Peters at the QUIS in Karlstad

Prof. Jan Marco Leimeister's team presented their research findings at the International Research Symposium on Advancing Service Research and Practice (QUIS 16) in Karlstad, Sweden. The paper was written by Mahei Li, Dr. Christoph Peters and Prof. Jan Marco Leimeister and is entitled "Linking Strategy and Operations using a Service Business Model - a hypergraph theory-based approach". QUIS has been bringing together international service researchers from various research disciplines and practitioners every two years since 1988 in order to advance the interdisciplinary research field of services.
