AI-powered support made in Germany: with good work by design

In his keynote speech at the ver.di online conference "Work and Service Research: Results and Perspectives", Prof. Dr. Jan Marco Leimeister gave insights into the research project "Hybrid Intelligence Service Support"(HISS). The exciting findings, which combine AI-supported service support and employee centricity, led to a lively discussion and generated interested questions from the audience. As part of the project coordinated by Dr. Christoph Peters, Mahei Li and Karen Eilers from the University of Kassel, all relevant stakeholders of a service support system are participating in the development of AI-supported support in an agile consortium. This allows human-related issues to be integrated quickly and easily, enabling good service work structures to be designed and implemented.
