Together with my doctoral students, Tafadzwa Karuma and Dominik Tkalcic, I had the opportunity to attend this year's EGPA Conference in Glasgow. There, we presented our current research on cross-border networks, the adaptive behavior of nursing staff in the age of digitalization and virtual care, and the preferences of local government Employees regarding change agents.
