The Department of Business Informatics and Systems Development offers two practice-oriented courses taught by external instructors. There are still openings in both courses:

GenAI for Product Innovation and Prototyping

A company founder provides hands-on instruction on how to use generative AI for new products and services. Working in a team, you’ll develop your own prototype and test your ideas directly in a real-world application. In-depth programming knowledge is not required.

Prompt Engineering: Innovation Through Generative AI

Prof. Dr. Thiemo Wambsganss from Bern University of Applied Sciences in Switzerland conducts intensive research on GenAI and brings the latest research insights to the course. You’ll learn prompt engineering as a practical skill and apply it to your own projects.
