From May to August, Dr. Christoph Peters was a Visiting Research Fellow at the Cambridge Service Alliance(CSA) at the Institute for Manufacturing at the University of Cambridge, UK, at the invitation of Dr. Mohamed Zaki.
During this time, he worked with Dr. Zaki on topics including modular service structures and customer journeys for services based on both human and artificial intelligence. Initial concepts for this have already been incorporated into a joint working paper.
