At the end of May, we attended the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP) conference in Katowice, Poland. Over the course of three exciting conference days, we were able to exchange insights on current topics in business psychology and gain new perspectives through a variety of presentations, discussions, and interactive sessions. Among other things, we also presented our own research on AI and leadership, proactivity in times of crisis, and stress at work.
