As part of a research stay at the Accountancy and Information & Process Management Department of the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University, both Sofia Schöbel and Dr. Andreas Janson gave research presentations on their respective research areas. Sofia Schöbel's presentation focused on avatars in the field of digital learning. Dr. Andreas Janson's lecture focused on digital nudging.

In July and August, Sofia Schöbel was a visiting researcher at the Accountancy and Information & Process Management Department at the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University at the invitation of Prof. Dr. Jane Fedorowicz. Dr. Andreas Janson accepted this invitation in August.

Bentley University is a private university with an economic focus, which is particularly characterized by the combination of business, technology, science and art. During their research stay, both also attended the Academy of Management Meeting in Boston, where they gave presentations at the conference on topics including digital learning and the design of smart personal assistants, and took part in various workshops. Sofia Schöbel took part in the Doctoral Consortium and Dr. Andreas Janson in the Junior Faculty Consortium of the OCIS Division.
