Prof. Dr. Sofia Schöbel, who is a postdoctoral researcher and research group leader at the Department of Information Systems, was appointed junior professor at Osnabrück University on October 1, 2021. She conducts research on persuasive system design, the use and design of smart assistants as well as the design and testing of interaction processes in the field of digital teaching and learning and in the research of big data processes. Her research has been published in the European Journal of Information Systems, Communications of the AIS and at internationally renowned conferences (ICIS, ECIS), among others. Sofia Schöbel is also continuously active as Associate Editor and Track Chair at various scientific conferences.
