In its third annual issue, VAA Magazin, a magazine published by the Association of Employed Academics and Senior Executives in the Chemical Industry, focuses on the topic of New Work and working in the crowd. In this context, PD. Dr. Ulrich Bretschneider and Anna Hupe, members of the Department of Information Systems at the University of Kassel, who conduct research on topics such as crowdsourcing and crowdworking, gave an interview. They discuss the opportunities that companies of all sizes have to use crowdworking successfully. They also discuss the opportunities and options that internal crowdworking offers.
