As part of the research project "Quality Management for Crowdsourcing", Anna Hupe and Ulrich Bretschneider were able to present the first results at the FQS - Forschungsgemeinschaft Qualität e. V.. The project, which is being carried out at the Department of Information Systems (Prof. Dr. Jan Marco Leimeister) together with the Department of Quality and Process Management (Prof. Dr. Robert Refflinghaus), is developing a reference process for the use of crowdsourcing and crowdworking. This process is particularly aimed at small and medium-sized companies and is adapted to their needs. The aim is to ensure the quality of the work performed by the crowd. The aim of the project is to enable SMEs to use crowdsourcing and crowdworking successfully in order to remain competitive in the long term.

The IGF project 21758 N / 1 of the Forschungsvereinigung Forschungsgemein-schaft Qualität e.V. (FQS), August-Schanz-Straße 21A, 60433 Frankfurt am Main was funded via the AiF as part of the program for the promotion of joint industrial research (IGF) by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy on the basis of a resolution of the German Bundestag.
