After a research-intensive collaboration, the stay of guest researcher Dr. Jesús Peralta Hernández at the Department of Vocational and Business Education at the University of Kassel has come to an end.

During his stay, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher with Prof. Dr. Goller on a research project on "Creativity and work agency in the context of teachers' professional learning and development processes". The focus was on the development of a category system with which data from pedagogical interventions can be evaluated and interpreted. Dr. Peralta Hernández was also intensively involved in the work of the department.

He will now continue his research stay in Europe in Madrid. We look forward to continuing our collaboration with him and would like to take this opportunity to wish him all the best!
