Faculty Club 07

The Faculty Club is located in Nora-Platiel-Straße 4 on the first floor (Wiso A, room 0215); it is first and foremost a place for discussions. Use is only possible if

1. at least one colleague from Faculty 07 is involved and
2. takes responsibility for ensuring that the room is left as it was found. Or even better.

Examples of uses:
- The occasional jour fixe
- Meetings of university policy groups
- Meetings with members of other departments
- Meet & Meet & Greet with (international and other) guests
- Spontaneous conversations
- Small celebrations of successful doctorates
- Accommodation for colleg:colleagues who do not have their office at HoPla.

The room can only be reserved for certain times; spontaneous and non-exclusive use is always possible for others. Room reservations are made via the Dean's Office: Please send an e-mail with your reservation request to fb07-dekanat[at]uni-kassel[dot]de - Ms. Döring, Ms. Tisafalvi or Ms. Werner will book the reservation via the Outlook calendar.

There is a table football table and a fridge with drinks. And there is a cash box into which you are asked to put (at least) one euro per drink. Tea, coffee (including UHT milk from the fridge if necessary) and sparkling water must be produced using the machines available, can be paid for from FG funds in accordance with the guidelines for the reimbursement of hospitality costs ("current operating expenses are the usual gestures of courtesy [mineral water, coffee, tea and simple pastries] offered to guests of the university") and are - like the occasional cookie - free for those consuming them.

Coffee/tea cups and glasses are available in the room. As there is no water supply and therefore no dishwasher, these must be taken away at the end of a meeting and, if possible, cleaned and dried and returned to the cupboard on the same day. Empty deposit bottles should be deposited in the appropriately labeled container, as the deposit is not included in the one euro.

There is also a monitor mounted on a mobile stand with a camera (Logitech Meetup) and an additional microphone for hybrid events.
