On January 24 and 25, 2024, the first conference of the newly founded network "International Network for Educational Research on Mathematics in Economics" took place in Kristiansand (N), which will address issues such as mathematics education in economics. The head of the subject, Apl. Prof. Dr. Rainer Voßkamp, is involved in the founding of the network. He gave a short presentation at the conference on the topic of "Scientific Networks in Mathematics: Problems and Possible Solutions".
