105 ha were farmed. Of these, 75 ha were consolidated.

Focus on dairy cattle 45 cows with female offspring. The cows were kept in a two-room barn and grazed for hours in summer.

Arable farming was not practiced as intensively due to the low yield potential.

From 2004 to 2009 managing director of the Fördererkreis at the Department of Ecological Agricultural Sciences at the University of Kassel Association of Graduates and Friends Witzenhausen.

Leased the farm within the village on October 1, 2021 and continues to assist the tenant. Also estimator for hail damage for an insurance company.

Honorary treasurer of the Hochschulverband Witzenhausen e.V. since 2009 and other activities.
