The tower of the facility is 14 m high. The wind turbine has a diameter of 4 m. The concrete foundation measures 6 x 6 m. The bolts used to secure the tower base are anchored 1 m deep within it.

A gear drive running in an oil bath at the top of the tower drives a rotating gear pump at the base of the tower, which stands on the foundation.

The pump has a head of 8.20 m from the mid-water level of the well to the collection tank. Water is pumped into the collection tank at a rate of 3–4 m³ per hour through a 5/4-inch pipe buried 1.00 m deep in the ground.
