• Attendance at the conference, including
• lecture program

• Conference catering (coffee breaks and lunch buffet)

Your contribution:

• Staffing the institute’s booth in the exhibition area for one shift (~2.5 hours)
• Cover your own travel expenses
  (travel to and from the event, lodging)
• Active participation in the conference
