In our sessions, we’ll work together to develop personalized solutions tailored to your specific concerns. We’ll aim to identify the root causes of disruptive thought and behavior patterns and provide targeted guidance to support your personal growth and help you overcome challenges. To do this, we’ll typically work with you over an extended period, spanning several sessions. For example, we support you with decision-making or organizational issues, work with you to develop strategies for effective time and stress management, or address problems such as test anxiety and doubts about your academic path.
Importantly, you set the goals and pace of these sessions. We provide a safe space where everything discussed is treated with strict confidentiality.
Coaching Process
Initial meeting to clarify your concerns (30–45 min).
Depending on your needs, several coaching sessions at appropriate intervals (approx. 60 min each).
If necessary, we’ll refer you to additional support services.

The Federal Training Assistance Grant (BAföG) is an important source of income for many of our students and provides financial security during their studies. General information, formalities, deadlines and questions about your own BAföG application can be clarified directly with the Student Services Advice Center (see link below). In addition, after the 3rd or 4th semester, proof of a certain number of credits and passed examinations must be provided in order to continue receiving BAföG funding.
