Instructions for Authors
Authors are invited to submit individual contributions to any of the conference topics. Submissions can be for an oral presentation or a poster. Registration and submission of contributions are done online. Each participant is allowed to submit one abstract for a presentation and one extended abstract.
Final acceptance is contingent upon payment of the registration fee by the presenting author during the "Early Registration" period. Only one submission is allowed per registered delegate.
Oral Presentation
Submissions for an oral presentation can be contributed to one of the Mini-Symposia.
A poster can be submitted in addition to an oral presentation of the same title.
Abstract
An abstract in pure text format (500 words) is required when submitting a presentation to the conference. The abstracts will be printed in the online conference program. With the submission of the abstract, you agree at the same time that your abstract is freely accessible to all participants in the program.
Extended Abstract
Extended Abstracts of 2-4 pages are required from all participants giving oral presentations and will be distributed electronically. A personalized LaTeX-template can be downloaded here. It is important that the document is compilable with pdf-latex. So no other postscript like DVI should be used. The LaTeX-documents and the compiled pdf file are uploaded in a zip-file in the conference tool: Your Submissions -> Extended Abstract.
Link to extended abstract
With the submission of the extended abstract, you agree that the extended abstract will be publicly accessible to everyone in a proceeding volume via Open Access at the University of Kassel. The rights to publish the proceeding volume goes to the publisher. The content itself remains the property of the authors and may continue to be used for other publications.
Posters
Posters can be submitted independently of an oral presentation.
The posters can be discussed in a traditional poster session in front of the posters. The posters must be printed by the participant on A0 paper and submitted electronically by 15.07.2019.
GACM Best Poster Award
All submitted posters are eligible for the GACM Best Poster Award conferred to young researchers for oustanding scientific poster presentations.
