On September 20, 2022, INCHER's Women's Assembly confirmed Dr. Shweta Mishra as Equal Opportunity Officer and added Maria Theissen as Co-Officer. Thus, a two-person team was again voted for. The previous Equal Opportunity Officer, Anika Meß, did not stand for re-election. She was thanked for her commitment in the past election period.
