Michael ‘Adam’ Hardaker joined INCHER in April 2025 as part of the research team of the project An Emerging European Labour Market in Higher Education (EmLHE) under the direction of Guido Bünstorf. He has two bachelor's degrees, one from Bard College Berlin in Economics, Politics and Social Thought and the other from the University of Florida in Agriculture Operations Management and he holds an MSc. in Economic Behaviour and Governance from the University of Kassel.
