Prof. Dr. Barbara M. Kehm

Dr. Barbara M. Kehm served as Professor of Higher Education Research at the University of Kassel beginning in 2003, as Executive Director of INCHER-Kassel from April 2004 to September 2011, and subsequently as a university professor at the School of Education at the University of Glasgow, United Kingdom. Since 2018, she has been a Fellow at the Leibniz Centre for Science and Society (LCSS), University of Hannover.
She served as Executive Secretary of the Consortium of Higher Education Researchers (CHER) from 2006 to 2013.
Research interests: Higher education governance, internationalization in higher education, and the development of doctoral education in Europe.
