New book on work organisation in times of digitalisation and working from home provides an overview of the possible consequences of digitalisation.

The book ‘Arbeitsgestaltung in Zeiten von Digitalisierung und Homeoffice’, written by Sandra Ohly, Elisabeth Bitter, Nico Harhoff, Alana Hindiyeh, Paulina Schönne, Lukasz Urner and Didem Sedefoglu, offers an overview of the possible consequences of digitalisation with practical implications and provides a better understanding of the topic of work changes and the consequences of transformation.

Based on case analyses, the German-language volume is dedicated to the current changes in various work activities.
